Deze gelimiteerde oplage toont twee mannen die naast elkaar in bed liggen, hun houdingen ontspannen en sereen. De delicate lijnvoering benadrukt de eenvoud van het moment en vangt een tedere verbinding. De intieme aard van de compositie sluit naadloos aan bij de thema’s van liefde en verlangen die vaak in Cavafy’s poëzie worden verkend.
