Robert Longo (né en 1953 États-Unis) est un artiste, cinéaste et musicien américain, connu pour ses dessins à grande échelle, très détaillés, qui explorent des thèmes tels que le pouvoir, la violence et les dynamiques sociales. Longo a acquis une large reconnaissance dans les années 1980 avec sa série iconique Men in the Cities, qui représentait des figures élégamment vêtues dans des poses contorsionnées, presque dansantes, figées dans des moments de tension et de drame.
